In recognition of work with leading Irish IT services firm Ergo
Dublin, Ireland, June 9, 2023 – Konversational have been honoured with the Digital Transformation Project of the Year award at this year’s Tech Excellence Awards in recognition of their work on an ambitious and future-focused multi-million digital transformation strategy for leading Irish IT services firm Ergo.
The award acknowledges the cutting-edge expertise of Konversational, with the technology consultancy working in partnership with ServiceNow to implement the customer workflow technology solution, Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) across the Ergo network.
Konversational were among twenty-three award recipients at the prestigious event which honours industry leading expertise, knowledge, innovation and people in the technology sector. It is the first such industry specific award for the rapidly growing technology firm which is headquartered in Dublin, with an office in London and employs over 40 people.
The cutting-edge implementation expertise of Konversational combined with the globally leading technology solutions of ServiceNow were regarded as essential to support the future commercial ambitions of Ergo and maintain their market position as a leading service management partner in Ireland.
The new technology underpins the Ergo Connect platform, which is now delivering an enhanced customer experience, connecting Ergo clients and customer support seamlessly, and providing rich real-time data enabling greater visibility into business and service performance.
