When I joined Konversational back in May as a ServiceNow Senior Engagement Manager, I knew I was walking into a fast-paced, ambitious environment and that part didn’t disappoint. What I didn’t expect was just how people-focused the culture would turn out to be. That really came to life during Summersational 2025, our Summer Party in Nantes, France. One of the many highlights of Summersational was seeing employees from all our offices in Dublin, London, Paris, Zurich and some of the newest members of our team from New York. Having such a mix of people added a real energy to the day. There was a true sense of connection, plenty of laughs, and an ease in how everyone chatted. It was a great reminder that Konversational isn’t just a workplace, it’s a global team.

As someone still finding their feet, the idea of a company-wide offsite in another country was slightly daunting. But the second we landed; it was clear this wasn’t your typical corporate gathering. The energy was genuine and everyone from Sales and Marketing to HR and Services showed up ready to connect and celebrate joint success. Konversational knows how to hit pause the right way. We closed the laptops, silenced the notifications, and gave ourselves time to unwind.
The day kicked off with a scavenger hunt through the old town of Nantes. It was part team building, part cardio but mainly a lot of fun. Exploring the city in small groups gave us a great excuse to chat, get a bit competitive, and discover some of the city. Later that evening we had dinner by the Loire River. Golden hour, great food, and a lot of shared stories from the day's activities.
Summersational wasn’t just a fun day out. It was a solid reminder of what makes Konversational stand out. It’s easy for companies to talk about culture, but it’s much harder to live it. But this offsite was proof that people matter here and that collaboration isn’t just a buzzword. And that strong relationships lead to strong results.
So, here’s to more wins, whether it’s career, team, or otherwise because at Konversational, it’s not just what we do - it’s how we go about it. And I’m glad to be part of it.
