This year’s ServiceNow World Forum spotlighted how Agentic AI is redefining the way organisations operate, accelerating innovation, driving productivity, and elevating customer experiences.

The keynote, delivered by  Nick Tzitzon, Jayney Howson, Marcus Millership FCIPD MA, and Ruby Elson, set an inspiring tone for the day. Their central message, “Don’t ask AI, ask people”, captured the essence of the event: technology should amplify human potential. By starting with what customers truly need, organisations can ensure AI strengthens their operations rather than distracts from their purpose.

A highlight of the day was our session with Liz Longhorn, Director of Central Operations at Wavenet, and Richard Guy, Konversational Co-CEO. Their session, “Wavenet’s Total Transformation: AI-Powered Growth and Service Innovation”, drew a full house.
