This year’s updates reflected a platform built not just for innovation, but for real operational impact, bringing AI, data, workflows, and security into a single foundation for how businesses run.

A major theme was ServiceNow’s continued investment in its partner ecosystem, including new funding opportunities, simplified program structures, and the launch of a reimagined Build Program designed to accelerate solution development and shared growth.

AI was at the centre of SKO26, with an emphasis on what enterprise customers need most: autonomy paired with governance, natural user experiences through voice and multimodal interfaces, and AI embedded across every corner of the business - not as experimentation, but as execution.

One of the most significant milestones was the new multi-year partnership between ServiceNow and OpenAI, which will bring frontier model capabilities directly into ServiceNow workflows. This agreement will enable faster, more scalable AI solutions for customers, along with more intuitive voice-driven experiences across the platform.

What stood out most, however, was the people. The partner community and broader ServiceNow ecosystem showed up with unmatched talent, curiosity, and customer focus, making the week as inspiring as it was impactful.

Beyond the mainstage moments, SKO26 also created space for meaningful connection. We were lucky enough to host the ServiceNow UKI CRM Business Unit dinner, bringing together leaders from across the ecosystem to discuss the future of CRM and AI-driven transformation. We also held a ServiceNow TMT Happy Hour which created more opportunites for collaboration, and we were delighted to sponsor the US CRM Awards night, celebrating the innovation and impact being delivered across the community.

The Konversational team left SKO26 energised, inspired, and even more confident in what’s ahead. The future of enterprise AI is being built right now, and ServiceNow and its partners are at the centre of it.
